Our Story
The Outward Bound Professional Learning Lab is a collaborative effort of the Outward Bound USA system to document the staff practices that make Outward Bound work, create professional learning lessons so instructors can acquire those skills, hold ourselves accountable by measuring how faithfully we execute them, and measure the impact on our students of getting it right.
