PLS: HOW THEY RELATE TO EACH OTHER

While there is no one way to use the sessions, we do have suggestions. Big picture, some of the sessions are better for certain levels of staff. Others build on each other, while still others are more "buddy sessions," complimentary due to content.

Looking more closely, sessions are organized in families, those with strong connections or overlaps. Other are more like cousins, similar ideas flow between them, and connections should be made if a person experienced  cousin sessions. Finally, others are just too far removed. Participants may make connections; just as likely, they may not.

Skill Sets

Sessions are arranged both by general skill set and linked from basic to more advanced.

Buddy Sessions

Here you'll see sessions they have related content. In this example it is less clear which session should be done first. In this scheme, the first sessions are: Listening and Coaching, Facilitating Belonging, Challenge, and Enterprising Curiosity.
