Does the survey need to be printed a special way (e.g., color, 2-sided, special paper)?
You do NOT print surveys. They are sent to you by Survey Systems. Get them from your course director, basecamp outcomes manager, or school outcomes point person.
What's the difference between this website, the Administration Guide, and the Checklist?
All three tools will help you throughout the entire survey administration process and contain links to get you what you need, but they are different:

Website: everything you need, including multiple ways of training yourself, school-specific links to download electronic surveys and upload rosters and surveys, a sample paragraph (scroll up) to introduce the Consent Form to parents, the Survey Introduction Script to introduce the survey to students, and FAQs for each step of the process.

Administration Guide: condensed two-page overview with instructions for each part of the process and the Survey Introduction Script. The second side of it tells you how to fill out the Roster.

Checklists: convenient two-page, printable outline for each part of the process for folks who are familiar and just need reminders. It lacks some instructions and details. There is one for paper surveys and one for electronic surveys.
